Terms and Conditions lv18 – Your Complete Platform Usage Guide

1. Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use the lv18 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your region, whichever is higher.
• Must be a real individual with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be located in a jurisdiction that explicitly prohibits online gambling.
• Registering in a personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party, company or other entity.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. lv18 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time. Documents typically requested include a copy of your ID and proof of ownership of the registered bank account. The KYC process is in place to protect the security of your account.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account only. Registering using another person's name, email, or personal information is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

2. Deposits & Withdrawals

Lv18 accepts deposits via supported payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, TNG eWallet, Boost, GrabPay and direct transfers to major local Malaysian banks. All deposits are processed in real time and credited to your account immediately upon successful payment confirmation.

Minimum deposit limit: RM30 per transaction. No processing fees are charged by lv18 for all deposits made using supported payment methods.

For withdrawals, the minimum limit is RM50 per request. lv18 processes all valid withdrawal requests within 10 to 15 minutes for local Malaysian payment methods. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name — transfers to third parties are not permitted.

• Your first withdrawal requires completed KYC verification before it can be processed.
• Lv18 reserves the right to delay withdrawals that require further review for security or compliance reasons.
• Any withdrawal attempt suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a breach of Terms will be blocked and investigated.
• Deposits are non-refundable except in cases where the platform experiences a technical error acknowledged by lv18.

3. Bonuses & Promotions

Lv18 offers a wide range of bonuses to registered members including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, weekly cashback, free spins and periodic special promotions. Each bonus is subject to a rollover requirement clearly stated on the relevant promotions page.

The general terms applicable to all bonuses at lv18 are as follows:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household and per IP address unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the specified time frame — expired bonuses will be automatically forfeited.
• Lv18 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and any winnings derived from them if there is evidence of bonus abuse or fraud.
• Wagering with bonus funds on excluded games will not count towards fulfilling wagering requirements.

Players suspected of deliberately using low-risk betting strategies solely to meet bonus wagering requirements may be subject to an account review. lv18 reserves the right to hold related withdrawals pending the outcome of the investigation.

4. Game Rules

All games offered on the lv18 platform use an independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) system to ensure the fairness and integrity of every game outcome. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing.

• Any attempt to manipulate, hack, or exploit technical vulnerabilities in any game is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
• Winnings obtained through technical errors, system faults or abnormal circumstances may be voided by lv18 without prior notice.
• Using automation software, bots, or any third-party assistance tools during gameplay is a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension.
• Game results recorded by the lv18 server are final and override any display on the player's device in the event of a discrepancy.
• Players are responsible for maintaining a stable internet connection — lv18 is not liable for any betting losses caused by connection disruptions on the player's end.

5. Security & Privacy

Lv18 takes player data security very seriously. Our platform uses 256-bit SSL encryption for all communications between your device and the lv18 server. Your personal information is stored securely and is never sold or shared with third parties without your written consent.

As a player, you are responsible for:

• Keeping your account password confidential and not sharing it with anyone, including family members.

6. Account Suspension & Restrictions

Lv18 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate any player's account at any time without prior notice if a breach of these terms is found. Situations that may result in account action include:

• Providing false or inaccurate information during registration or the KYC process.
• Holding more than one active account using the same or different identities.
• Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Abusing the bonus system including the use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly.
• Using software or methods designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Filing unauthorised chargebacks through a payment provider.

Players whose accounts are terminated due to fraud or serious violations are not entitled to recover any remaining balance. 7. Liability Limits

Lv18 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Service disruptions caused by scheduled or unplanned system maintenance.

• Financial losses resulting from betting decisions made by the player themselves.
• Unauthorised access to a player's account resulting from the player's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.
• Changes in laws or regulations that affect a player's ability to use the platform in certain regions.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, lv18's maximum total liability to any player is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

8. Changes to Terms

Lv18 reserves the right to modify, add to or amend any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, players will be informed via a notice posted on the website or through their registered email.

Continued use of the lv18 platform after any changes to the Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you disagree with the changes, you have the right to close your account and withdraw your remaining balance before the new Terms come into force.
